Get to Know Us | Alpha 3 Senior Partner, Marnie Masiello

Marnie Masiello joined Alpha 3 in 2017 as a Senior Partner to take the lead role in staff onboarding and client relationship management.  She has over 30 years of experience in marketing, sales, customer relationship management and staff management.

Originally from Connecticut and working mostly in operations, Marnie relocated to Pennsylvania almost 30 years ago to develop her sales skills for a local manufacturer. She has managed and expanded client accounts nationally and internationally in 8+ vertical markets and in 13 countries.  Marnie looks forward to applying her extensive experience to grow Alpha 3 in the electric utility and transportation sectors.

Marnie volunteered at the Salvation Army for a few years but wanted more of a mentoring relationship.  In 1999, Marnie joined BBBS (Big Brothers & Big Sisters) and was matched with a little sister who had just turned 13.  Next month, that little sister is turning 34 years old.  Marnie is still very much in her life and is the Godmother to her 11-year-old daughter.  She enjoys sitting on the beach with a good book surrounded by friends and family and lately has been enjoying watching Italian cooking shows for a future visit to Italy.
