As fall officially begins, Alpha 3 is kicking off the season with two events in Washington, DC.

David Chigne will be speaking at the Project Controls Expo, coming back to the US for its second year. The expo will take place once again at Nationals Park from September 25-27. David will be presenting a case study on the use of escalation price adjustment factors on a $100 million FIDIC contract. His presentation is scheduled for Tuesday, September 26, in the expo's Case Study Zone.

Mark Sanders and the team from QDR International will be attending the ABA Forum on Construction Law's 2023 Fall Meeting - Navigating Government Construction: Don’t Make a Federal Case Out of It, also in Washington, DC, from September 27-29. QDR has participated in the forum's international projects division and is a platinum sponsor for the forum's 2023-2024 program year.

Later this fall, the QDR team will return to the US for the 21st ICC Miami Conference on International Arbitration from November 12-14.
