Alpha 3 provided project controls management for the integration of contracts to engineer, procure, and construct a WWT plant for the removal of boron and selenium from the scrubber waste stream on a 1,700 MW coal-fired power plant.
Alpha 3 provided cost and schedule control through all phases of the project, including the integration of separate contracts for the plant’s power supply and controls systems.
