Alpha 3 provided management and cost control services for an electric utility's reliability projects, which include the development and implementation of detailed reliability improvement plans, maintenance of 184 substations and 239 substation transformers, and the annual replacement of 2,800 poles, 2,500 transformers, and 120 miles of cable.
