Get to Know Us | Alpha 3's Associate Partner

Wayne Mosley is an Associate Partner at Alpha 3 who began employment with the firm in 2017. He graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2014 with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a concentration on power systems.

Wayne has six plus years of experience in doing a wide variety of substation projects, mainly in the protection and control space. Currently he is working in Elkridge, MD supporting one of our partners, Sargent & Lundy LLC. His experience includes design protection and control schemes for AIS and GIS stations, substation physical design, grounding, GIS very fast transient analysis and design and more. His other responsibilities include performing construction support, writing proposals, and providing mentorship to junior engineers.

In his free time Wayne enjoys exercising, designing and fabricating jewelry, and spending time with family and friends. When you work with Alpha 3, you work with Wayne, who brings creative solutions to any problem you have.
