Alpha 3 provided contract development, bidding, and project management services for the conversion of one wing of this assisted living facility to provide sub-acute care.
The scope of work included selective demolition, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing; fire protection, nurse-call, and patient-wandering systems; framing, fixtures, and interior architectural finishes. Issues addressed over the course of the project included structural and architectural changes to accommodate accessibility requirements and coordinating contract work with owner-selected and owner-supplied finishes.
