Alpha 3 developed and updated the CPM schedule for this new municipal building for Woolwich Township, NJ. This unique building was composed of three pre-engineered buildings, joined together at a central hub. Issues addressed during construction included resolution of steel framing and roof detailing issues, in order to complete enclosure. Alpha 3 met with the contractors and construction manager to facilitate a joint meeting where the framing and roof detailing issues were incorporated into the schedule.
Resolution of the issues was expedited, and the project was completed successfully.
