Alpha 3 provided dispute resolution analysis services associated with the construction of the Visual Arts Building at New Jersey City University. Issues analyzed included delays, design changes, winter conditions, coordination of the multi-prime schedule by the construction manager, and claims between the prime contractors. Alpha 3 was retained by the general contractor, Lighton Industries, to analyze the delays on the project, contracts, and project events, provide expert reports, and provide expert testimony as needed.
