Alpha 3 is pleased to announce that David Chigne has joined our team as a Project Controls Manager. David has a passion for everything related to the project management and controls world. He has worked in nearly all facets of project and program management. David excels at developing integrated, valuable, and tailored solutions for his clients. As a Project Controls Manager for Alpha 3, David will leverage his 16 plus years’ experience to deliver successful projects for our clients. Coming from Perú, David is a recognized industry expert in cost estimation and project management. His past experience ranges across the energy, mining, and infrastructure markets. He has worked with owners and contractors across both the public and private sectors.

Since inception in 2007, Alpha 3 has supported contractors with expert critical path method (CPM) scheduling services in the commercial, energy, infrastructure, and transportation markets.

Alpha 3 attended the 2022 P3 Airport Summit in beautiful San Diego, California on August 11-12, 2022. Numerous high-profile leaders gathered to discuss the public-private-partnership (P3) business model and the future of the airport industry. The conference included panel and speaking engagements from Denver International Airport CEO – Phil Washington, San Diego Mayor – Todd Gloria, Phoenix Mayor – Kate Gallego, Kansas City Mayor – Quinton Lucas, and Avelo Airlines CEO – Andrew Levy.
