Alpha 3’s Mark Sanders made a virtual presentation to the Qatar Section of AACE International on January 27 outlining the underlying concepts for CPM delay analysis on capital projects. The presentation expanded on the paper, The Theory of Delay, from the 2020 AACE International Conference & Expo.

Matt Marzilli is a Project Controls Manager at Alpha 3 who was initially hired by the firm in 2009 upon graduation from Plymouth State University, in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.
