Matt Marzilli is a Project Controls Manager at Alpha 3 who was initially hired by the firm in 2009 upon graduation from Plymouth State University, in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.

Report Card on Pennsylvania's Electricity Generation Infrastructure
Every four years, the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) releases its Infrastructure Report Card, which reviews the condition of our nation’s assets across 16 categories of transportation, energy, water resources, public facilities, and waste management. Following the national report card, ASCE prepares a report card for each state.
Alpha 3 Manages Capping of Three CCR Sites in Maryland
Alpha 3 provided project management and project controls support for the capping and closure of three coal combustion residual (CCR) storage facilities located throughout southern Maryland.The program was initiated pursuant to a Consent Decree signed by NRG MD Ash Management and Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) in April 2013.
Alpha 3 Attends Gas-Insulated Substation Conference
Alpha 3’s Josh Markle, Wayne Mosley, Stephanie Sanders, and Mark Sanders attended EUCI’s gas-insulated substation conference, held at Pepco’s Edison Place from January 29-30. The conference included an overview of Pepco’s Benning Road Substation GIS project and culminated with a tour of the new Waterfront substation, which was placed into service in December. Topicsalso included 3D GIS conceptual design, design options associated with local control cabinets, SF6 regulations, and potential future alternatives to SF6.
